Did you notice something on our property we should know about?
In your report, please be sure to include the following items;
date, time, detailed description, and property name.
The NOHLC strives to both protect and maintain each property placed into our care. While every effort is made to regularly monitor these sites, events may occur that have escaped our notice. As individuals who care about Oakland County's natural areas, please feel free to contact us with any concerns you have. Not all comments need to be regarding a potential violation. We'd also like to hear about positive events as well. If you notice wildlife activity on the property for example, we'd love to hear about it!
Things we'd especially like to hear about:
- Illegal dumping (trash, lawn debris, etc)
- Invasive species sightings (flora & fauna)
- Threatened or endangered species sightings (flora & fauna)
- Trespassing
- Hunting (if not allowed)
- Construction (permanent & semi-permanent)
- Wildlife activity
